Refund policy

Rockbox guarantees that all items have been inspected and quality controlled to ensure the correct contents, signature pages and elements. Insured products which are damaged or lost in transit will be eligible for refund. Non-insured products lost or damaged during shipping will not be eligible for a redund. Products which have been opened and are claimed to be missing elements will be available for return and inspection. Once inspected, Rockbox reserves the right to refund at its sole discretion or return the item to buyer without refund.
